Delivery & Returns

Please note: Due to current Brexit restrictions we are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside UK Mainland. Please contact us for further information regarding delivery.

Standard delivery (excluding livestock)

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £60 to the UK Mainland. Order less than £60 are charged based on product weight starting at £1.99. Charges may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands (Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales). All UK Postcode Areas Which Incur Additional Delivery Charges and Returns Charges are listed in Delivery Exceptions. These additional charges depend on both the delivery address and the items on specific orders. We aim to deliver all standard items within 3 working days.

Livestock delivery

Livestock delivery is charged at £19.95 per shipment. Due to shipping regulations with APC, livestock will only be dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays using tracked next day delivery. Livestock can only be delivered to Mainland UK addresses (excluding Scotland).

Express delivery

Please Note: Our next day delivery service is currently unavailable, as we are unable to fulfil orders on a priority basis during such a busy time of the year. Instead our “standard delivery” is now 24 hour delivery when ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday Delivery (excludes livestock)

Saturday delivery is only available in mainland U.K. and is subject to stock availability and delivery postcode (See Delivery Exceptions).

Tracking Information

When your item is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking information. 

Delivery exceptions and restrictions

Additional delivery charges will be advised as soon as possible, prior to shipping for approval. 

Please note: Large items may take longer depending on courier availability and will be delivered on a date specified by the recipient.

If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, please contact us and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase. Please send pictures of the damage/fault via the eBay messaging service before we make a decision on a return agreement.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your goods. We can arrange a collection for you but you may be liable for the cost of return carriage, which will be deducted from any refund. If you opt for us to arrange a collection for you, standard items items will incur a collection charge of £15 and larger items identified as two-man items or bulk collections will incur a collection charge of £60.

If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 30 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, the occasional mishap can occur due to transportation or a manufacturing fault, please take a picture of the damage/fault and notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item, we will investigate the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund and collection of the item.


Livestock must be thoroughly checked upon arrival and any issues reported to us via email with clear pictures within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Where livestock has perished upon arrival please take pictures and send them to us via email. Once confirmed we will offer a refund or credit note. 

Due to biosecurity procedures, we are unable to accept any returns of livestock.
